An invitation to join a county wide patient involvement forum to help NHS Northumberland Clinical Commissioning Group

As a member of your GP patients’ group, or locality patients’ group, your experience is very valuable to help the Northumberland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) plan the right NHS services for the population of Northumberland.

The CCG would like to set up a Northumberland wide patients’ forum, with membership pooled from the existing groups, to provide representation across the county

The meeting will be held on Thursday 12 June 2014 at 6 – 7.30 p.m. at Morpeth Town Hall (http://goo.gl/maps/4DLgS)

Light food and refreshments are provided
