Flu Clinics 2015

All of the clinics are walk in with no appointment necessary, however there may be a slight wait due to demand. These clinics are for Branch End Surgery patients only who will have received an invite.

Wednesday 16^th December 8:30-11am

Thursday 17^th December 2-5pm*

* Please note that during this flu clinic our reception and dispensary will be closed

You are eligible for a free NHS flu Vaccination if you in one or more of the below categories:

• Anyone aged 65 and over
• Children aged 2 – 7
• Pregnant women

• Children and adults with an underlying health condition (particularly long-term heart or respiratory disease)
• Children and adults with weakened immune systems
