• This Service starts on 1st January 2017
• The Service is free to users
• Providing one room for short term respite care breaks
• Ring and start the booking process

Who is eligible?

• Those who need care at home and cannot easily be managed without main carer.
• Those with long term conditions &/or disabilities e.g. Stroke, Parkinson Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, COPD, Diabetes etc
• The Frail and Elderly
