Our success depends on how happy our patients are with us, so we rely on you to let us know how you find us. We know we can’t please all of our patients all of the time, but we strive to please all of our patients most of the time. If you have something to tell us, we need to hear it – and that can be something we are doing well, or something where you feel we could do better. Together, we do get better! If you don’t feel comfortable telling us direct, then contact our patient forum, who will give you a hand in how to let us know what you feel.
