Current estimates suggest that £300-400 million prescribed medicines go to waste each year…
Please help to save lives by returning all your unused or unwanted medications to the practice so that we can send them to clinics in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Any full strips of drugs can be sent but they should have 15 months left before the expiry date.
We can send tablets, unused inhalers, eye or ear drops, unopened dressings and creams.
We cannot send hormonal drugs, IV fluids, baby supplements, anti-coagulants like warfarin, dangerous drugs like morphine, benzediazepines or drugs that require refrigeration.
InterCare send medical aid to Sierra Leone, Ghana, Cameroon, Zambia, Malawi and Tanzania.
It’s good if we can all help.
