All GP Surgeries  in the North East, including Branch End Surgery, have been affected by the NHS Cyber Attack last Friday and will not be opening or operating any IT equipment until the systems are back up and running.

Unfortunately we are unaware of when this matter will be resolved.

This means we are unable to book appointments, process prescription requests or any other general tasks requiring access to medical records.

Only in an emergency can patients obtain an acute supply of medication by their local pharmacist.

Please note that this disruption will cause a delay and we therefore thank all our patients for being mindful and cooperative.
