As Christmas draws near we call on our patients to please plan ahead and order your repeat prescriptions in time for the festive season.

Due to the high volume in requests, please allow us at least 3 working days from your request to process your prescription.

If you run out of Medication when the Surgery is closed you can ask your usual chemist for an advance on your next prescription or telephone the Out of Hours Provider, 111.

It is the patients responsibility to order well in advance and never allow themselves to run out of medication. Please do not add extra pressure on our GP’s and Reception staff by ordering at the last minute.

If you or someone you care for requires medication regularly, its important to ensure you or your family have enough medication to last over the Christmas period including Bankholidays.
