Thank you to all our patients for being so kind and understanding whilst all of our staff, both clinical and administrative, are under huge extra pressure at this uncertain time.

We would like to reassure our patients that we are, and will continue to, work as hard as we can whilst maintaining patient and employee safety at all time.

We aim to contact all patients who currently have face to face appointments booked to inform them that these will now be telephone appointments instead.

Please do not come to the surgery if you have a GP or Nurse appointment booked and you have not heard from us.

We ask all patients to make sure we have your correct contact details so we can speak to you or leave a message.

If you have access to our online services, and we encourage those, capable and confident to do so, to please request your prescriptions online to reduce the amount of telephone calls we receive.

You can also book online (telephone) appointments – please state a brief reason for the call. Getting access is easy, all we need is to see some ID and we can issue you with a username and password to get you going.

If you prefer to request your medication on paper, please put your slip in the red prescription box at the surgery entrance.

We will be dispensing medication from the surgery as usual. There have been no changes for collection.

Please do NOT come to the surgery if you have a cough, temperature or feel unwell.

If you have any elderly relatives or know if anybody that usually gets their medication from us and might struggle to collect this, please offer to help and collect this on their behalf.

Thank you from all of us at the surgery for your patience and cooperation.
