Face covering legislation changes on Monday 19th July. However, as a health care provider we ask that patients who come to the practice continue to wear a face covering unless exempt from doing so. This applies for hospitals and community sites as well.
A face covering not only protects others but reduces your risk of catching covid. Our staff will continue to wear face coverings as well as other protection and clean rooms regularly. We will also continue with telephone consultations when possible.
We ask that you do not enter the building if you feel ill or unwell unless you have spoken to a GP and they have specifically told you to attend.
Some covid symptoms can be very similar to a common cold and include:
• Persistent Cough
• Temperature or fever
• Headache
• Runny nose
• Sore throat
• Sneezing
You need to continue to look after all aspects of your health at this time so if you have any concerns you can book a telephone consultation, submit an eConsult via the link on our website or call us on 01661 842626.
You can also call 111 for advice or if you have any covid symptons or feel unwell you can book a covid test by calling 119.
You can still get covid even if you have had both your vaccinations.
Thank you for your cooperation.
