We have now opened the main doors to allow patients to enter our building and wait in our waiting room areas.

Please note that as we are a Medical setting, we are a higher risk environment and will need to be subject to more control measures than other public facilities.

Therefore we remain cautious and are mainting:

Only come to the surgery if you have an appointment or if you are a dispensing patient collecting your prescription.

There is a limit of 6 patients in the main waiting room at any one time. (This includes patients seen at the front or dispensary desk)

If this, or any other waiting area is at its capacity, we may still ask you to wait outside or in your vehicle.

Should you prefer to use the Intercom system from outside, please do so.

For appointments, repeat prescriptions or any other general enquiries, please continue to contact the surgery via phone.

It is our duty to do all we can to keep both our patients and our staff safe, to ensure we can continue delivering our healthcare service.

Please be patient, we are still working very hard.
