for 4^th doses (or any adult age 18+ for any dose) 

THURSDAY 27^th  9-11:30am or 2-4pm

SATURDAY 29^th 9-11:30am 

BOOSTER doses for 12-15’s with underlying health conditions (with evidence of eligibility – 12 weeks post second dose)

Walk-In

SATURDAY 29^th 2-3pm

ALL OTHER 12-15 year olds 1^st and 2^nd dose must BOOK ONLINE 

Covid vaccinations for 12-15’s 

Appointments are available to book via the National Booking system  by visiting https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/.  1st, 2^nd and booster (where applicable) doses are available.  Children must attend with a parent, and be 12 weeks post any covid infection.
